ENVIRONMENTAL SPECIALIST

Key Tasks :

• Planning, managing and delivering high quality projects such as environmental impact assessments, environmental management and monitoring planning, environmental baseline study, environmental compliance audits, energy efficiency audits and optimization studies, and land remediation / site restoration.
• Sites visit to project sites and build relationship with local stakeholder
• Providing specialist inputs for larger EIA (AMDAL) projects for oil & gas, mining, forestry projects.
• Planning and developing technical capabilities, and facilitate knowledge capture and sharing.
• Assist with client and business development, and proposals or tenders preparation as required.

Qualifications :

• Degree in Science or Engineering in environment related disciplines from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years of environmental consulting experience.
• Knowledge on environmental regulatory requirements in Indonesia, Equator Principal, IFC standard and implementation, EHS standard (ISO 9001; ISO 14001; OHSAS 18001), Environmental Due Diligent, and PROPER.
• Have EIA Training certificate (AMDAL B) and have KTPA or ATPA certification from INTAKINDO
• Excellent organizational, technical, data interpretation, written and verbal communication skills, team player and computer competency.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and understand quality control functions for the production of high-quality deliverables to our clients.
• Demonstrate experience in project management and client liaison.
• Willing to undertake business travel to project sites
• Approved environmental control officer with National Environmental Agency, or equivalent will be of advantage.
